By registering as a webmaster in the ArtBound Productions Affilate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. Registrant hereafter know as 'referrer'.

The terms and conditions contained herein neither express nor imply a
partnership obtaining between ArtBound Productions and the Affiliate, nor
does a partnership exist pursuant to the agreement. ArtBound Productions, or
any person, manager, Member, employee or agent of ArtBound Productions, or
who serves or has served on behalf of the company in any capacity at the
request of the ArtBound Productions, shall be indemnified by the Affiliate
against expenses, judgements, fines, and amounts actually and necessarily
incurred in connection with judgements, actions or proceedings, or in
defense or connection with an appeal therein, in which the Affiliate has
been found liable. Such right of indemnification shall not be deemed
exclusive or any other rights to which ArtBound Productions may be entitled.

All subscribers are tracked through cookies. The cookie is set when a potential subscriber hits ccbill's initial scripts upon leaving your site. The subscriber's IP address and current timestamp are logged and compared upon signup. If the cookie has not expired, then your site is credited for the sale.

You will receive 50% of each paying sale you send to ArtBound Productions web sites. Referrers will receive only their portion from the initial sale that is made. This means that the dollar or percent amount is paid out one time only.

Only one account is allowed per company or organization.

Payments are mailed each week. There is a minimum check amount before a partner will receive a check of $25.00.

Spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, and IRC. If you violate this term of your agreement you will be terminated from the program and will not be paid.

We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way you will not be paid.

We reserve the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason. We reserve the right to change the payout rate. All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds.
