Still having trouble getting in?

Sometimes password traders crack simple user/pass combos and post them elsewhere. This could result in that account being frozen temporarily, locking the user out. If you think you have been locked out of your account, contact us and we will take care of it. Password trading and brute force attacks are protected against through system software. If your account is hacked, this presents NO THREAT to your personal information, credit card info, or your computer. These hacks are strictly server side attacks. Accounts that recieve log ins from more than 5 different IP addresses in a 24 hour period will be locked out for 24 hours. More than 5 failed log in attempts will result in a blocked IP address for one hour. Excessively abused accounts are removed permanently and treated as a violation of our and ccbill's terms of service. If you think your account has been unintentionally compromised and you are locked out, our if you think you should otherwise have access then please contact us directly.
